The free audit

The free audit is offered at our discretion, with no fee and no obligation to purchase any service afterward. We aim to respond within 1 business day, but response times are not guaranteed.

No guarantee of results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and platform policies. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of specific results, lead volume, or return on ad spend.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shaka Pipeline's total liability arising from your use of this site, or from any services performed under a signed client agreement, will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose. Shaka Pipeline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Client agreements

Any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement between Shaka Pipeline and the client, which will set out scope, pricing, and terms in detail. Where anything in a signed client agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Shaka Pipeline harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of any campaigns, accounts, or materials we create on your behalf.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from your use of this site or our services, are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hawaii.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
